AVV dials into your system to get updates between the hours of 12 a.m. and 8 a.m. EST. If we have a problem accessing your system during the night, we will try again manually during the day. Should we have trouble accessing your system manually, we will use data from the previous day. If after two daily attempts we still cannot connect to your system, we will contact your system administrator to resolve the issue. It is in your best interest to respond to these calls as soon as possible.
To further the success of your downloads, it is extremely important for you to notify us of modem changes, login changes, and password changes. This will greatly improve the quality of your data extractions. Again, your quick response to our telephone calls is appreciated.
